Hi! My name is Michael
I grew up Italian-American, which means I grew up in the kitchen. From an early age I was shown that the best way to reach someone is through the food that you put in front of them. That philosophy is what drove me into professional kitchens — and it is what eventually brought me back home.
I have spent years cooking in some of the best Michelin-starred kitchens in the country, learning the discipline and precision that most diners never see. But the food I have always been most proud of has been rooted in something simpler: seasonal ingredients, restraint, and a genuine care for the people around the table.
